You do not have to sign up for our weekly classes. You can just show up for classes without any kind of reservation.

Effective 2/18/22 masks are not required during classes. We ask that you refrain from attending classes if you have cold symptoms and look forward to seeing you when you feel better.
If you are new to yoga we recommend trying our Basics (beginner) class which introduces the foundations of the practice, our Yin class, and our Gentle class. Wear layered clothing that isn’t too baggy. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. We have a “no cell phone” policy while on your yoga mat in the practice space. You are welcome to use your phone in designated areas before class.
We have a limited number of mats to borrow at no charge and encourage you to bring your own mat.
We keep the room temperature at around 70 degrees during the cooler months: warm enough that you won’t feel a chill but not so hot that you’re sweating before class starts. There is no air conditioning but we keep the doors open and use the ceiling fans during the warmer months.
There’s free parking throughout the Tannery Marketplace and street parking on Liberty Street in front of the studio.
No. Your class package is restricted to you and cannot be shared.
Your body will receive the benefits of yoga if you come once a week, but two times a week or more is ideal. The more often you practice, the quicker you will notice progress in your practice.
