Do I need to wear a mask at the studio?

Effective 2/18/22 masks are not required during classes. We ask that you refrain from attending classes if you have cold symptoms and look forward to seeing you when you feel better.

What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear layered clothing that isn’t too baggy. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. We have a “no cell phone” policy while on your yoga mat in the practice space. You are welcome to use your phone in designated areas before class.
